Give the Gift of Education: $15k for a Classroom

In 2019, a 5-hectare land donation from the Tanzanian government was given for the construction of the School of Dreams, however, they were not able to complete the construction because of a lack of funds and labor. They currently have 4 out of the 8 classes completed.

Why is your donation needed?
- Over 475 children are lacking any access to education.
- Existing schools grapple with issues like overcrowding, insufficient resources, and subpar educational quality.
- Gender disparities and financial obstacles further worsen the situation.
- There is difficulty of getting labor because of large tourist companies using the local labor to expand their own businesses.
How it will be helpful:
- Over the course of several years, this school aims to educate hundreds of students in Zanzibar, enabling them to contribute knowledge to their communities.
- The classroom will teach 50 students and 30 adults for after-school programs.
- The construction process will create business opportunities for the local community.
- The School will generate employment opportunities for teachers and staff.
